A day in the life:
Serve as a trainer for staff on-boarding, assessment, curriculum, and other professional development trainings
Support the logistical and technical aspects of staff trainings and professional development opportunities
Coach staff through observation, reflective feedback, and modeling best practices
Supervise the Coach and two teaching teams by providing classroom support in Walker and Pine River, including filling in as needed
Maintain coaching documentation, notes, and records
Work directly with staff pursuing their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
Collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen program quality and staff success
Qualifications:
Baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education, or a baccalaureate or advanced degree and equivalent coursework in early childhood education, with early education teaching experience.
2+ years prior classroom and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
You must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
You must have transportation available to attend meetings/training.
Wages:
10 months (August – May) Full time, 40 hours/week, $25.65 - $35.91/hr. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life/add and retirement plan benefits. Paid time off, holiday pay.
Flexible schedule based on program needs. Home office will be at the Bemidji Head Start Center.
